If your garage door is currently doing its best impression of a stubborn mule—halfway open, groaning like a haunted mansion, and refusing to cooperate—do yourself a favor and call Eastern Lion Garage Services immediately. Daniel came out to the house and was super friendly. Honestly, I was expecting a high-pressure sales pitch, but instead, he gave me a remarkably great estimate. Then came the real magic: he was actually able to repair the door on the exact same day! Talk about instant gratification. No days of parking outside in the elements, praying the neighborhood squirrels don't throw a party in my backseat. Now? The garage door runs so smoothly and looks so fantastic that I’ve caught myself opening and closing it just to admire the lack of screeching. It’s a tension-free experience, both literally and figuratively (no dangerous springs snapped, no nerves frayed). I would definitely call them back in a heart-opening second, and I can’t recommend Daniel and the Eastern Lion team enough for any repair or replacement needs. They truly lift the heavy burden—and heavy doors—right off your shoulders!

Shalom was really friendly and helpful. He gave us great ideas on which door would look best and helped us choose one that would fit our garage nicely. He also gave us a discount, which we really appreciated. One thing to keep in mind, though: if there’s anything blocking the installers from doing their work and you’re unable to move it yourself, make sure you ask someone to move it beforehand. Otherwise, they may charge you at least $50 to move it for you. Also, be cautious if they ask for additional charges. We were told that the $50 would only cover moving the item out of the way, and there could be another charge to put it back. That didn’t make much sense to me, especially since I couldn’t move it myself in the first place. Thankfully, Shalom was very helpful and spoke with the installers on our behalf, and they ended up waiving the additional charge. Overall, we had a good experience, and Shalom was especially helpful throughout the process. Just make sure to clarify any extra charges beforehand so there are no surprises.
